Korbin Allan (Savannah State) was named Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) Golfer of the Month for the month of March, announced Friday by the league office.

In his spring opener, Allan opened with a 79 and improved as well with a second round 75 for a 154, finishing tied for 10th.
On Feb. 20-21, Tiger senior Korbin Allan shot a 3-over 147 to earn top medalist in the men’s division of the Alabama State University Spring Classic Invitational in Montgomery, Ala., to lead the team to a fifth-place finish among eight teams.
At the 2022 Benbow Invitational hosted by Butler University, Korbin Allan led the Tigers with a ninth-place finish in the individual race. Allan opened with a 73 in the first round and followed that with a 74 on day two for a 147 overall.
In all three spring tournaments, Allan has finished in the top ten of all players.
